Description of position:

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all or part of the 3D design, engineering drawings, assembly drawings, pneumatic diagrams, BOM material lists, and instruction manuals for non-standard equipment;

2. Responsible for the design optimization, standardization, and drawing output of mass-produced non-standard equipment.

3. Responsible for the initial development and design of non-standard equipment, timely analysis and resolution of problems encountered during prototype production and debugging, and design optimization.

4. Responsible for cost estimation of non-standard equipment during the design process, continuously reviewing and optimizing design schemes until the design scheme is finalized.

5. Assist the business in connecting with customers, understanding customer needs and process characteristics, completing scheme evaluation and design, and assisting the business in achieving orders.

Job Requirements

1. Junior college or above, majoring in mechanical design and automation.

2. Familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical structures, and mechanical processing technologies; proficient in the selection and use of pneumatic components, motor drives, screw guides, and other automation components.

3. Proficient in operating solidworks, ProE, CAD mechanical design software and office software.

4. Able to independently complete the R&D and design of complete non-standard automation equipment.

5. Hardworking, responsible, strong pressure resistance, high work efficiency, strong communication skills, and able to travel on business.

6. Experience in the design of non-standard automation equipment; those with experience in robotic arm applications and production line design are preferred.

7. Familiar with project management processes, including project initiation, review, design, and verification; those with experience are preferred.
