Description of position:

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all or part of 3D design, engineering drawing, assembly drawing, gas circuit drawing, BOM material table, manual and other data preparation of non-standard equipment;

2. Responsible for design optimization, standardization and drawing output of non-standard equipment for mass production.

3. Responsible for the first development and design of non-standard equipment, promptly analyze and solve problems that occur during prototype production debugging, and optimize the design.

4. Responsible for the cost estimation of non-standard equipment in the design process, and continuously review and optimize the design plan until the design plan is finalized.

5. Assist business to connect with customers, understand customer needs, process characteristics, etc., complete program evaluation and program design, and assist business in reaching orders.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical design and automation.

2. Familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical structure, mechanical processing technology, proficient in the selection and use of pneumatic components, motor transmission, screw guide rails and other automation components.

3. Proficiency in solidworks, ProE, CAD mechanical design software and office software.

4. Can independently complete the research and development design of the non-standard automation equipment.

5. Can bear hardships and bear hardships, have a strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, high work efficiency, strong communication skills and can travel.

6. Work experience in designing non-standard automation equipment; experience in manipulator application and assembly line design is preferred.

7. Familiar with the project management process, including project establishment, review, design, verification and other process links is preferred.
