Description of position:

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for determining HVAC design schemes and analyzing and reporting on technical issues;

2. Responsible for HVAC professional construction drawing design, review, and confirmation of construction content;

3. Responsible for technical review of HVAC equipment, material procurement planning, and providing technical support for equipment procurement;

4. Responsible for the quality and progress management of on-site HVAC water supply and drainage and power pipelines, guiding construction according to construction drawings and specifications;

5. Coordinate with construction personnel to promptly address problems that arise on the construction site;

6. Responsible for the acceptance of HVAC projects, completion acceptance, concealed project acceptance, and the final completion of as-built drawings, requiring consistency with the on-site construction scheme and progress;

7. Organize and maintain relevant technical documents for this specialty.

Job Requirements
1. Junior college or above, majoring in HVAC related fields.

2. Proficient in HVAC construction drawings, HVAC engineering specifications, technical requirements, construction processes, materials, and equipment;

3. Proficient in using CAD, PROJECT, and other engineering software, with strong map reading and review capabilities;

4. Possessing strong organizational management, communication, coordination, and emergency response capabilities;

5. Hardworking, responsible, stress-resistant, efficient, communicative, and able to travel.

6. Preference given to candidates who have independently or led the design of projects with a single project amount exceeding 5 million yuan, or those with experience in thousands or tens of thousands of levels of cleanrooms.

7. Preference given to candidates familiar with project management processes, including project initiation, review, design, and verification.
