Description of position:

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the determination of HVAC design plan and analysis report of technical issues;

2. Responsible for HVAC professional construction drawing design, review and confirmation of construction content;

3. Responsible for technical review of HVAC professional equipment, material procurement plan, and providing technical support for equipment procurement;

4. Responsible for the quality and schedule management of professional construction such as on-site HVAC water supply and drainage and power pipelines, and guide the construction according to the construction drawings and construction specifications;

5. Coordinate the construction personnel to deal with the problems on the construction site in time;

6. Responsible for HVAC project sub-acceptance, completion acceptance, concealed project acceptance, and finally complete the completion drawing, the requirements are consistent with the site construction plan and progress;

7. Do a good job of collating relevant technical data of this major.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, major in HVAC.

2. Proficient in HVAC construction drawings, HVAC engineering specifications, technical requirements, construction techniques, materials and equipment;

3. Proficiency in the use of engineering software such as CAD, PROJECT, etc., with a high ability to read and review drawings;

4. Strong ability in organization, management, communication, coordination and handling of emergencies;

5. Can bear hardships and bear hardships, have a strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, high work efficiency, strong communication skills and can travel.

6. Independent or leading design projects with a single project amount of more than 5 million yuan, or a class 1,000 or class 10,000 clean room is preferred.

7. Familiar with the project management process, including project establishment, review, design, verification and other process links is preferred.
