This device incorporating the latest environmental technologies in Europe is the latest organic waste gas treatment equipment on the market, and It is specially designed for the treatment of organic waste gas (low concentration and high air volume) after painting. The oxidation furnace is composed of a ceramic regenerator and a combustion chamber.

The VOCs organic waste gas is sent to the combustion chamber containing the ceramic regenerator by a air supply fan. When the heat temperature released by the ceramic regenerator exceeds the ignition point of the VOCs, VOC gas will begins to be burned, and the oxidative decomposition is carried out when the temperature of the combustion chamber reaches about 800 °C.

Using the heat from the VOCs gas burning to maintain furnace's stability, and save a lot of fuel consumption and operating costs.
